Yeah 100% agree in being critical of canelos fights, this one I’m less critical because Benavídez now at 175 and no real options at 168. Berlanga celebrating that loss though was also a real representation of the challenge that fight wasn’t. But appreciate you tuning into the content brother!

Neither looked characteristically amazing with their debuts at 175. Even with Morrell versing journeymen, people recognised his skill. Scull has versed similar or debatably worse quality fighters over an extended period of time and has proven he is an all offence sort of fighter. He is dangerous, but really suffers from his lack of defensive quality and has almost suffered the consequences of that before. It’s understandable why Morrell was seen as more challenging
