On Tuesday, @Ifti_Majid shadowed me on redwood 2 providing a mini teaching session to some learners within @NottsHealthcare. We had a great mini session and it was fantastic to hear how keen Ifti is to hear student feedback and support our learners!

Today we were invited to the @NTUNursing trainee nursing associate (Jan 2022 cohort) last day! What a journey these trainees have been on and should be all so proud of themselves. everyone from the practice learning team wish you all the luck on your new career path!

Today we held our second Future Nursing Development Event. This was a great chance for people to learn about how to become a nurse or nursing associate! A great way to celebrate the amazing opportunities available for personal progression within the trust!😃

Today, I also caught up with Charlie on phoenix Ward (@CamhsNotts). Charlie is soon to qualify as a Nursing Assocaite and it has been a pleasure working alongside him! Best of luck for the future

Today I visited Natoyia at Marlow House (LMHT) for our last visit. I have been supporting Natoyia over the past two years on her TNA programme and it is great to see how well she has developed. Natoyia will make a great nursing associate!🧡
