You can file your BOI report directly with FinCEN: While Clerky has a tool for this, FinCEN temporarily suspended API submissions for everyone when the filing requirement was suspended. They've not yet re-enabled the API, so the only way to file right now is directly with FinCEN. For general information about BOI reports, please see our help center article on the topic:

Sometimes you might want to do something in between when everyone signs paperwork and when that paperwork is finalized — and we've just made that process a tiny bit clearer 😎 For example, with safes and convertible notes, you might want to make sure the investment has been deposited into your startup's bank account before finalizing the paperwork. You've always been able to do this on Clerky, but now, once everyone has signed, your investors will automatically get an email letting them know they should wire funds. The email will have unsigned drafts of the paperwork so that your investors can easily reference your wire instructions. You can then release your signatures whenever you're ready ✅ Safes and convertible notes are only an example — these features can be used with nearly any kind of paperwork on Clerky. Just another little way we're making life easier for startup founders ✨
