While reviewing NIH grants, 1 of my favorite quotes comes to mind- Albert Szent-Gyorgyi: "a discovery must be, by definition, at variance with existing knowledge.” My people, it’s time to “explore the fringes of knowledge.” Rewrite the innovation section of your grant accordingly

@PropofolDreamz You may be right. But your tweet as worded reveals interdisciplinary issues nurses are forced to deal with every day. It’s not your job to educate nurses. But it is your job to work collaboratively with them. All nurses are doing this 🤦♀️ right now right back at you.

Academic acronyms for studies have gotten out of control. Totally bananas. Every study title is looking like the ransom note font from Word or the sarcastic font used in memes. Please stop. Makes zero sense to keep doing this. BE CLEAR, NOT CLEVER.
