@LifeAtATT We are also seeing companies understand that greater representation can help them prepare for a US future that is very much Latino. The time for Latinos has begun. We all need to do our part in telling our story, leveraging our strengths, and always giving back what we receive.

@LifeAtATT That is the origin of We Are All Human —to take back our own story. To show positive contributions Hispanics are making. We are flipping the script, turning negatives into positives, weaknesses into strengths. This gives us agency and courage and fosters unity and progress.

@LifeAtATT The first problem, of course, is that there is not enough representation. And as people begin to climb the corporate ladder, there are not enough role models. But we also believe in a cycle of support — prepare, hire, promote, retain and celebrate Latino employees.

@LifeAtATT Data shows that companies that invest in the Hispanic community are more likely to gain the interest and loyalty for their brands. This isn’t a sympathy ploy. It’s recognition of our importance to each other that creates a win for everyone.

@artinstitutechi opened its doors to the @WAAH_Foundation to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Yesterday was a magical night! We hosted over 60 leaders for a private tour and guided conversation on the amazing exhibition “Remedios Varo: Science Fictions”.
