Our latest work reveals RNA modification heterogeneity at the single-cell level! Tune in to #ASMS2021 where I'll be presenting this work.
Scientists have developed Single-Neuron RNA Modification Analysis by Mass Spectrometry (SNRMA-MS), a method that enables the detection and quantification of numerous post-transcriptionally modified ribonucleosides in single cells. @clarkkd25
