@mrmooryan HOWEVER, the overall call was 45 minutes long. I found them pretty argumentative with them initially acting like they didn’t know the incident I was referring to. I just didn’t give in and kept arguing my case

@mrmooryan I got £150. They offered £50, I said I was really insulted, and really struggled last weekend, and would be taking it to financial ombudsman. Asked how much I wanted, I said £150, he went off for about 10 minutes to talk to someone then come back and agreed

@Dylan_Morgan24 @MerlinapUK @LEGOLANDWindsor Exactly that! It’s the main reason my son loves legoland and without it, he has decided not to have his birthday there 😔 he wants to go to Drayton manor instead, so they’ve lost regular customers. My friends have also expressed the same. Such a shame 😔

@TaylorJone71131 @BarclaysUKHelp @Wennawoos I had a payment for £500, go out twice! 😭 I’m so stressed out waiting to see what’s going to happen. I spoke to someone who said id get the money back, but when I asked for a guarantee sent me an auto message again 😂
