@aaandmoore @WallaceUcsf End result: Colocalization in DL-imaging isn't great to define contact sites. Unfortunately, most of the tools for specifically labeling them aren't ideal either...it's a tough problem. Gold standard is still biochemistry and EM, so no easy dynamics.😟
