@SongezoZibi Excellent approach. Put the ledger on a block chain with redacted info regarding suppliers and easily inferred data. Simply list the date of transaction, amount procured, item & quantity (unit of measure) so that we can ensure we are paying market rates for goods and services.

What we did leave was over 35 state hospitals that offered free healthcare to citizens, roads, schools, universities. Most have been looted dry.
