@johnhawkinsrwn @CollinRugg The body cams have to be “turned on” by the wearer and they all thought that when they didn’t “turn them on”, the cameras weren’t recording. However, they quickly learned they do record, every second, but the audio does not record unless the wearer turns on the camera.
