When it comes to the Orthrus drug cartel, product doesn’t come cheap. She likes to put her customers through their paces: new special cocktail every night; you guess all the ingredients right, you’re in business.

The mayor's daughter. Haughty, proud, and frustrated by her own powerlessness and the facade of her father's position, she became a vigilante.
She believes Winter must be destroyed, and if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

A blacksmith who moonlights as Orthrus' enigmatic weapons dealer.
Nobody communicates almost exclusively through sign language and is a complete mystery whose voice no one alive has ever heard. Apparently, however, they enjoy cake and cherries.

A thief and croupier who runs "The Snake Eyes" gambling house, Giovanni will glady offer valuable information — if you can win against him.
He never wears the same hairstyle twice, never plays the same game twice, and never sleeps with the same person twice.

Once a military man, an inflicted injury forced him to develop his already keen sense of smell into the formidable skill he has today of hunting people down using only their scent.

A hitman for hire with the air of someone who used to be noble. Rarely getting jobs due to his exorbitant prices, when he's out of money and out of work, he plays the saxophone on street corners and in bars for loose change.
