Republicans are demanding an authoritarian style executive, while 50 Democrats politicians meekly cower to some random dude blocking a DOUBLE DOOR, asking him to stand aside instead of just walking around him on either side. Democrats are beyond useless. They ARE the problem.
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.

Obama appointee making the ridiculous case for monopolies and big businesses destroying entrepreneurship in this country as a good thing really explains so much.
This is a favorable development. Big businesses generally pay better, do more training, engage less in wage theft and other abuses and have more upward mobility.
