Brilliant tribute to Malcolm Peel talking and teaching about the subject he knew best - mining, miners and and its importance to our area. Thank you at @HeritageMartinP @telfordlive @TelfordMemories
@cinderloo1821 @shroppiemon @telfordlive @conceptacassar @WordSparks @JillImpey @HistoryWM As with Cinderloo, Malcom Peel left us a legacy, including this stimulus film for schools. He helped plan & appeared in it. “Exploring Our Coal Mining Heritage”

Thanks @HeritageMartinP we will pass your great tribute on to his family
Deeply saddened by news of Malcolm Peel’s passing. Malcolm was a hugely significant part of success of #HeritageSchools around T&W & West Mids. One of our esteemed Granville Boys, Malcolm visited 20+ schools, speaking to 1000+ pupils, exploring #Shropshire #coalmining #heritage.

Good to meet and greet Peter Jackson of @cinderloo1821 at Tolpuddle Old Chapel this week. Enjoy his blog post - ' A postcard from George Loveless to Tom Palin'. George was one of the Dorsetshire Labourers and founding Trustee of Tolpuddle Old Chapel in 1818
