This week marks two years since the launch of ‘Welcoming and valuing international medical graduates (IMG)’ - the minimum standards for effective induction for doctors new to UK practice. While more work needs to be done to fully embed this, it’s great to be part of the change underway to make sure IMGs feel welcomed, included and supported. 📸 Here we are at @WestMidHospital last month, with @parthaskar and @RaoMala where we saw the induction programme live in action!
