@K_to_Macro @terrenz1972 I haven't analyzed the structure, but isn't it possible that this is a spin-off where Whitefiber becomes a subsidiary of $BTBT? In that case, investors would keep their $BTBT shares as they are.

@mmafan271 @MatthewHyland_ On the 3D, the bearish divergence appeared between mid-November to Mid-December (see red line). In my opinion there is no new bearish divergence as there is no clear trend currently.
