To be clear: Biden overwhelmingly won Bay Ridge, despite the gerrymandered Assembly Districts that cover Bay Ridge not going for Biden overall. Biden won the Bay Ridge portion in every single one of them.
Joe Biden won East New York and Clinton Hill with more than 94% of the vote — the largest margins of victory in the borough. But Trump carried most of southern Brooklyn.
