@musofunk @AerLingus Basically ‘you are on your own for the next 8 days’ - kids missing school and us missing work. Absolutely appalling support and customer service. @AerLingus - unfit for purpose as an airline. Avoid at all costs

+7 days on a 7 day new year break. Travelling with kids. Cannot believe how this is deemed a solution and how @AerLingus expect people to accept it.
