I can relate. I’m a passionate Englishman, who married a French woman and lived in France for many years. We emigrated to Australia in 1995. Australia is home. I love this country. I retain my English/French heritage, but am, and will always be, loyal to Australia. Best country in the world. 🇦🇺🙌

It’s not often our patients and crews get the chance to connect following a life-changing medical episode, but a recent opportunity saw Robert and his wife Katerina reunited with our own Dr Yasmin Endlich and Flight Nurse Chris Green. 💙 Back in July 2024, Robert’s whirlwind @RoyalFlyingDoc RFDS journey from Darwin to Adelaide, culminated in 10 hours of life-saving surgery. He's since safely returned home and living life to the full. 🗣️ “With Dr Yasmin and Chris, I knew that everything was under control. I knew everything was being done to keep me alive... You kind of go, ‘This is incredible – I can’t believe it.’” – Robert Wendl 🎥 Watch Robert’s story:

RT @chrisadelaide: Some more pics from Borroloola. It was 38 celcius and I’d only had 2 hours sleep. But it was worth it. 🙌✈️ https://t.co/…

Stay safe out there, please. 😢
A 57-year-old Victorian man has died after a crash at Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills. Lobethal Road was forced closed after the cyclist came off his bike. There are a lot more riders using Adelaide Hills roads due to the Tour Down Under. #7NEWS
