We can measure how much less money we make when we go in on a strategy at the same time verses one of us not going in. It increases the overall slippage of that strategy. It's the same principle as to why some people eventually grow too big for small caps. You can only trade a certain amount of money within a certain amount of volume. This is a microscopic look but I think the principles would relate to a larger scale. I'm still not against encouraging people to trade and I don't think I'm even against encouraging people to short. I think more people in the market is good. I would just never tell people to trade exactly how I trade by proof of my bro and I measurably taking money from each other.
