Remember to invalidate your PSBT when delisting an inscription.
The best way to do this is by sending the inscription to yourself.
PSBTs are on chain signatures that never really reset unless you transfer your item to yourself.
When delisting items the only way to make sure they cannot get purchased at the original list price is to transfer the item.

You may have too many utxos in your wallet which will hang the window from showing. At the moment it does a final check when creating a tx to make sure no inscription will be spent. Can you try send a small amt to another address and try again?
