Not sure how many times salary the average @chewvalley house is right now but it is frightening... virtually all young local wage earners = excluded from home ownership - because of government policy that has inflated prices - @RishiSunak's stamp duty holiday, for example.

This is due to immigration - it boosts overall economic numbers but has actually reduced the UK's economic performance on a per capita basis. Really important @FaisalIslam!
Note that GDP per head - which is what matters - was down 0.1%. But that's not the number that gets the headlines.
