@celestialbe1ng I'm open to change, but I've found that I can get through a whole day without hunger when I don't eat until evening, but if I do eat breakfast I tend to be hungrier throughout the day. Have gotten pretty lean and muscular on the OMAD method. Do have coffee and cream tho in am.

@Littoria88 I think you sometimes give them a little too much credit, but perhaps you are right. My gut is that Elon is a spergy nonce and, seized by the moment, defaulted to a gesture that has been saturated in pop culture as a way to connect passionately with crowds.

@bendellwerry I like Doug, but like many in his generation he has been blinded by certain filters. His father fought the Nazis and that has created cognitive lines he cannot cross.
