1/There is no pipeline leak at CPCL Manali Refinery.
CPCL supplies fuels like LPG, Petrol, Aviation Fuel and Diesel primarily to the state of TamilNadu. Due to cyclone Michaung incessant rains occurred, which caused an unprecedented flooding situation inside the refinery.
