Federal employee retirements are processed using paper, by hand, in an old limestone mine in Pennsylvania. 700+ mine workers operate 230 feet underground to process ~10,000 applications per month, which are stored in manila envelopes and cardboard boxes. The retirement process takes multiple months.

I will never understand the fact that WE yes WE are still behind the wheel of the car and if you detect you are going off path or down a dangerous road why the F would you not take over. This kind of stuff is just stupid. I have taken over EVERYDAY on my path to work on 1 SIMPLE road as a Service road is OUT OF ACTION. Why would I let my car just roll down the road into the barriers to prove a point. If you are familiar with the road THIS SHOULD not happen.
