Again, this challenges conventional wisdom. Lots of claims that IPR has had no effect on drug prices; I find many examples where it at least plays a role. Lots of claims that IPR is biased against drug patent holders; I find evidence of the opposite bias

@MattCameronLane @JoeBeOne SCOTUS printers often use InDesign or some other software to typeset briefs, so you might not be able to get Word copies. FWIW, I do my own briefs in TeX with a package that handles at least some accessibility features

Charles Duan will join American University as Assistant Professor with a teaching and research interest in Patent Law. Duan is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Cornell Tech, and serves as a member of the Patent Public Advisory Committee of the USPTO.
