―୨ 3. drinking loads of water everyday i drink at least 1.5L of water and will drink water during meal times and right before i go to bed every night i drink around 250-500mL (0.25-0.5L) that way i flush out any water weight overnight too

the only milk i use is unsweetened almond as it is dairy free and very low in calories for yoghurts i usually buy oat yoghurt however it has been discontinued by the company i buy from so i now get high protein lactose free greek yoghurt
