Dominic’s first game, henriks heroes v lubos legends in 2017. We had to leave after 20 mins as he couldn’t cope with the noise (big sensory challenge with noise). Fast forward 6 years…looks at him now! 🍀💚

I witnessed an adult with special needs getting harassed by some teenagers today - they scarpered when they recognised me. I tried telling him to ignore them, but he was almost in tears saying it’s relentless. My heart breaks when I think this could be my son in a few years 💔💔

This photo was taken 20 mins after the legends game kicked off. It was Dominic’s 1st game & he couldn’t cope with the noise/crowd/experience (he has autism). Fast forward 7 months, he was at his 1st sevco game, shouting, singing, totally at ease. What a Bhoy 🍀💚

I lost a cousin to suicide at the weekend…no one knows why he did it, possibly never will.
I hate that people think this is an option; he still had lots to live for, incl his first grandchild due today.

Dominic was telling me there’s a 1st year at his high school who has been making fun of him & some of the other kids with additional needs.
I asked what he’d done about it & he said ‘well, he’s a rangers fan so I just showed him the league table’ 🤣🍀

My 5 year old, Nicholas, has me demented… Kept asking for a party since he got in from school so I gave in and took him to Tesco and bought a birthday cake (his birthday is July) 🤯😫

2 strength sessions, 2 conditioning, 1 pt and 3lbs off this week…. 110kg deadlift at the end of Thursdays class. It’s taken me years to get this out of shape so I’m not going to sort it out overnight, happy with this little bit of progress 💛

Does anyone else plan a night out, buy the outfit, sort child care, look forward to it then last minute bottle it and stay home? I’m getting worse the older I’m getting, it’s like some sort of social anxiety. I hate letting people down too but can’t seem to break the cycle.

He’s been fantastic 4 our club. There were more than a few of us doubtful when he signed, now we’re devastated he’s going! The way he slotted in & the bond he has with the club & fans is rare 4 a player not brought up on Celtic. I wish he’d stay with us & do his coaching badges💚

Over 6 weeks since he died, we finally got to have my cousin’s funeral today. I just hope that the priest’s words sunk in with a few that were there, life really is too short 😢

Was seriously fkd off at todays game - I’m pretty sure a wee guy along from us was laughing at my son…normally he is there with his dad but today it was 2 pals. It’s so hard not to say anything - I’m looking forward to the next time his dad is there 😢😡
