This is truly sad. You should have been met by competent staff, your daughter should have received an initial assessment (triage) to determine her situation vs other patients, and resources should have been assigned in a timely manner to meet her needs. This is unacceptable.
Just had the worst experience maybe ever in your emergency room. Brought my daughter in - the tech was seriously mean and the doctor NEVER showed up.
When I went to check, every single person including the ONE doctor on staff was sitting around EATING.
We left.
