@webdevcody doesn’t this degrade your skills over time? I’m all in on rubber ducking chatgpt but letting ai write everything feels like reading and watching tutorials - helpful, but not really learning/improving. i guess i’m not smart enough to afford using ai just yet 😂

golang's defer is so underrated being able to say "call this at the end, no matter what" is super nice

biggest mistake i made is thinking i’m not smart enough to write “whatever code thing” and always emulated others’ solutions and approach — you’re probably not smart enough. but you’ll never be unless you do the thing. reinvent all wheels even if you end up with square ones.
