@onetallorfour @Surf696969 @StephenM Because it's the American subversion via Trump that you should actually be concerned by... unfounded, yes, but a lot more plausible than leftist Russian subversion.

@matthoward58 @TeenaJ @VigilantFox It's just an unnecessary inconvenience. We have all the tools and technology to verify a voter is who they say they are and validate citizenship. Put the onus on the system, not the people. We can bring 2 forms of ID and stand in line for hours, but why? Not even TSA does that.

@dgtechllc @RBReich So your argument is essentially that corporations shouldn't have any tax obligation because it's covered by their employees, consumers and investors, do I have that right?

@elonmusk Paper straws are whack, but there are lots of biodegradable plastic alternatives that work just as well as plastic straws these days. That should have been the push from the beginning. Cellulose from corn, agave, bamboo, etc, all work great and feel close enough to plastic.

@RarelyTolerated The correct answer is both. It doesn't matter which it would hurt more, because both would be worse off.

@Oregonian This bill is unnecessary, but I do agree that a food bank should remain apolitical. OFB should be allocating as much of its funding as possible to feeding hungry Oregonians. Any dispersements not going towards food, access, administrative/operational costs shouldn't be allowed.

@jtgoldx @SenTedCruz Well, it used to be for the benefit of influence in the region (among other health and national security related initiatives). China has been pumping money into Africa in an attempt to claim that influence over America, which they've obviously been very successful with.

@TheOneMattReed @nayibbukele Don't we already have work programs? Maybe not to this scale, and maybe it's not legal in every state, but I know they do have things like this here. They were just recently talking about inmates helping fight fires in socal.

@maui_tony @MZHemingway And that serves what purpose? Is it going to bring anyone back to life? Would releasing the name prevent future incidents? Would it be productive in any way whatsoever? I'll help you out, the answer is no to all of those.

@MZHemingway Because they're respecting the wishes of the family, as they should. I'd wager that's their preference because of people doing exactly what you're doing. Why would they want their child, who dedicated their career to serving our country, be subjected to posthumous slander?

@LqLana @currermell This could have been a perfect civil discourse teaching opportunity, and instead you chose to go with what-aboutisms. This is the problem with our politics right now, It's a one echo chamber vs the other blame game. Maybe next time.

@mountainwesttax Why not just buy a used compact SUV that doesn't have any of that stuff? You could likely get it for far less than $25K, just look for low mileage, good maintenance history.

@AThinksAloud @AdamAppleXx @innoutburger_ No, but you probably eat them because they should taste good, in-n-out fries have about a 3 minutes out of the fryer chance of being decent before they taste like absolute a$$. Fresh cut fries are good, but not from in-n-out, and I do think it's the oil, health concerns aside.

@alphadog001 @STEVEPMP @KanekoaTheGreat Okay, and then go where? I think you've named the only one. And that was bought with money from a company he started by risking daddy's money. His empire is built on risks made with other people's money.
