Imagine you have a toy store, and your friend has a candy shop. Now, your friend gives you a special candy ticket, called a "warrant." This ticket lets you go to their candy shop later and buy a big bag of candy for a really small price, like just one penny, even if the candy usually costs a lot more. But here's the catch: you can only use this ticket during a certain time, like maybe only next month. If you don't use it then, you can't get the cheap candy anymore. So, if you think the candy will be even more yummy or expensive next month, you'll want to use your ticket. But if you think the candy won't be as good or if you don't want candy anymore, you might not use it. A "batty company" stock warrant is kind of like this candy ticket but for grown-ups with companies. If the company does well, like if it makes the best toys or candies, the warrant can be super valuable because you can buy the company's "candy" (or shares) for less than what it's worth later on. But if the company isn't doing well, the warrant might not be very useful.
