When people say you will blow up your account, it’s because they either
1- blew theirs up being dumb
2- aren’t smart enough to learn properly
3- didn’t stick to rules/trade smart

Driving distance is more or less irrelevant if you’re playing from the right tees. Proper course yardage is your average 7 iron carry distance and multiply it by 42. Ex: 140x42= 5,880 yard course 👌

at quail hollow plays downhill. His stock PW is 150 yds so clearly a GW is getting some help and he’s likely not landing this ball on the number. Rolling the ball back only helps him as this distance advantage is all relative and he’d still be “x” far ahead of other players

I’m a little fish in a big pond. I’ve traded off of a ~$50k account till recently when I withdrew about $10k to pay off debt and free up cash flow.
I still have averaged $2500/mo on cash flow since I went all in on option selling last Oct.

This is the worst take and a negative mentality. Some people trade for cashflow now, not for the next 30-50 years they may not even make it to. With the right knowledge applied, why can’t he or anyone else be successful?? Take your negativity elsewhere

This is why option selling is far superior to traditional dividend investing.

Currently sitting on almost 90% cash in my account.
I’m a proponent of trusting your gut.
I may have a need for the cash to fund my new business, and quick access will be key.

Using a calendar spread to max out ROC is a great way for small accounts to grow, or to trade lesser $ stocks and maximize the cash on capital.

Many successful traders do, and that’s ok.
They likely have different strategies and purposes than myself.
I like to realize my gains as cash flow now vs later.
If I roll to keep the shares, I miss out on the cap gains from share appreciation

No doubt. As a club fitter I can tell you, there is not a single amateur out there that would benefit from less ball speed and more driver spin.
No different than MLB using wooden bats and every other level using aluminum or composite. Separation can easily exist

Why I chose to keep testing the diagonal spread with next weeks volatility.
If the the vote is good, then $TSLA likely rallies, this will expire worthless and I’ll keep the $28 credit.
But, if it doesn’t and Tesla likely drops 10%, possibly more. Then $TSLL drops ~20%
