this is what happens when people let me cook. My perfume Obolo, is a reminder of what Dante smelled on his journey to Hell but in an alluring way. Oud, Castoreum, Saffron and balsamic notes act as a cushion for some floral notes as well as fruits.. a journey between worlds..

Fragrantica did my boy dirty with them notes, Grand Soir by MFK is a bright ambery perfume that smells the same as 1970's cozy woody furniture mansion. Seriously, this perfume yells sophistication, luxury, cleaniness and a sense of comfort that are indescribable.

I'm not a big fan of designer private collections in perfumery because I feel they tend to use their brand image in order to inflate prices. However, I fell in love with Vanille Diorama, and love my dear followers, doesn't have price...

Most of you that got here might be thinking "Jazz club perfumes with no Margiela's Jazz Club?" well, yes but no. Although is a good perfume, I find that By The Fireplace is a bit more mature, lasts longer and I can sense a bit more quality of ingredients.
To me, it's BTF > JC

Bold peak but couldn't care less, boozy vanilla mixed with fresh and warm spices and a hint of white flowers to make it shine on the opening, followed by one of the most intoxicating sweet caramel drydowns, PDM might be overused or whatever, but can't deny the great Althair.

The final boss of woody vanilla's and my personal pick as the best winter perfume. A dark combination of dry woods makes this perfume stand out in it's category. To me, it smells like Angels Share but much more refined, more sophisticated yet friendly. Main character perfume.

Only correct answer to me was Bianco Latte, light, gourmand, alluring... A perfume only worthy for the innocent and pure. I think if he smells to anything is to caramel, milk and vanilla in the most Chai Latte way possible.

4. Pompompurin
Yellow chromatic palette, yellow floral. I think that if Pompompurin smelled to something it'd be the Ylang-Ylang in Solaris. Everything about that perfume reminds me of a powdery cake with a lemon sugar coating.

Going back to happy perfumes, BTSO's Indecent Cherry is another one that caught my attention. This perfume is a journey, first you get that sour cherry punch combined with almond and rose and after quite some time it shifts towards a strawberry vanilla perfume. Beautiful blend

First off, a fan favorite, Essential Parfums. Imagine a brand with the same perfumists that work for Ex-Nihilo, Frederic Malle and many more, but for 82€/100ml. This perfume house is the perfect pick for those that want a everyday smell, fresh all-rounders and clean scents.

Last but not least, Calaj. A brand born by the combination of perfumists such as Miguel Matos or Camille Chemardin. The Last PH was the perfume that intrigued me the most, creamy, green, citrus, aromatic, ambery... but raw. Not a perfume that a nose can dissect. Loved it tho...

BOHOBOCO, the peak of straight-forwardness. Many know of the best seller, Wet Cherry Liquor, however my personal pick is Red Wine Brown Sugar. The name doesn't disappoint. Wine opening with a caramel drydown, on my skin lasted for a whole day, and ended as a creamy acid scent.

Cherry Punk from Room 1015 is a performance beast, do I enjoy the whole length of the perfume tho? absolutely. This perfume packs quite a punch specially on the opening, but once it dries down you start getting hints of creamy leathers and saffron. Simple straightforward and fun

Now this is an interesting pick, Rouge Smoking by BDK. On this one the opening is a chaos, cherry fighting with vanilla to get the protagonism, white flowers on the back making everything powdery... but after 20 min it's a gorgeous, velvety cherry backed with beatiful vanilla...

sadly theres hundreds of “tobacco vanille’s” so dupes for that are not a problem, but a 10/10 cherry original perfume that can work as good layered than alone is Wet Cherry Liquor by BOHOBOCO, absolute masterpiece for a fraction of a price of TF and i feel the cherry juicier.

I felt disappointed about the overall quality. If you like the smell sure but I feel that they are poor quality for the price (if you enjoyed that one maybe Bake by Akro surprises you + has a big name perfumist which is really important in the fragrance world)
