Thrilled to see confirmation that Neonatal Leave & Pay will come into effect on 6 April - so proud of @Blisscharity campaigning to make this happen, & prepping our parent info now so that every parent eligible can focus on being with their baby 💙
Thousands of working parents with babies in neonatal care will be entitled to additional time off as a day one right from 6 April 2025. Read more about the regulations, which follow the passing of the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act in 2023 👉
