Managing the syndrome of #HLH is a challenge. @HistiocyteSoc has collected the published consensus guidance documents - but these aren't perfect for in-the-moment decision-making. I've been pushing more centers to make their internal HLH guidelines public.

Obviously I'm biased, but we built @ChildrensPhila Immune Dysregulation Program precisely to help complicated patients like Declan.
For those who don't know, that was Declan LeBaron with Bradley Cooper. Declan has spent most of his life in the hospital with systemic juvenile arthritis. Bradley surprised him with tix to the Super Bowl. In a world of narcissists, be more like Bradley. #SuperBowlLIX

@Ben_J_Briggs The announcements mention "savings", not reinvestment. The indirect system needed reforming, but their words suggest it's just an opening to exploit. The goal is to poison NIH & starve Universities. Very c/w Proj2025 playbook.
