At the time, I was a full-time lash tech and educator, which made it incredibly difficult to stay consistent as a supplier. Fast forward three years, seven employees, and $2.7 million in sales later—I’ll be 31 in March (yes, I’m a Pisces), and it’s time for some CHANGE. I’m not 25 anymore.. quite frankly I’m grown as hell, and I want my brand and content to reflect that. As many of you know, I don’t do lashes anymore—and honestly, that doesn’t make any damn sense. But with all the success I’ve had, I found myself suffering from extreme imposter syndrome. Somewhere along the way, I burned out. I lost confidence in my craft and my abilities. I wanted to hide in the shadows—despite my brand literally being called TRISH. They say the third year of business is the hardest because it’s no longer about starting—it’s about sustaining. The initial excitement wears off, and growth requires more than just passion—it requires strategy. This season is about taking accountability for the role I played in my own struggles. It’s time to be intentional. I’m back. I’m showing my face. I’m talking directly to YOU—to educate, inspire, and showcase the work that got me here. This is me. This is Trish Cosmetics 2025.
