Luke my thought is the difference is freedom of speech is a constitutional right protecting speakers from government interference. Commercial speech is not covered by the U.S. Constitution.
Genuinely baffling there’s still media doing free speech ruminations with the org that has banned certain media for reporting, struggles to acknowledge the existence of exiled former champions and has been punitive to those expressing criticisms of their business practices.

The UFC has never been solely dependent on stars. From UFC II on. But honestly @combateglobal is now more fun to watch. Prove me wrong.
Ariel Helwani on Dana White and UFC: All these factors have made him into a cult-like figure. I would argue he's never been more popular. I would argue the UFC has never been more popular. And, they are showing that they don't necessarily need to rely on these stars and draws. #HelwaniShow

Amigo I could not have said it better. But the “dissing” was about style not substance. Explain to me how you put on a league of this size with the fighter compensation I’ve heard about without raising an enormous amount of capital.
Bunch of media spent the night dissing GFL... Yet none seemed to cover today's PFL card. It's almost as if they only care about the UFC and not MMA.
