So this just happened.. my downstairs neighbor threatened my friends and I with his pit bull saying he likes to beat gay people up and even shoved me. We called the cops and they said to do nothing... we don’t know what to do.

I’m lucky to be alive, he could have broken my windpipe. I contacted the cops and they’re now telling me that they have sufficient info to arrest him. The crazy part is that this wasn’t even a felony. This was a misdemeanor and the first altercation was a felony.
This is very difficult for me to post. I thought my nightmare was over but earlier today the same downstairs neighbor ambushed me while I was walking my dog & strangled me to the point where he lifted me off the ground.He used so much force on my neck that left bruises & cuts 1/3
