@docfarrow @RCSEd @RCSnews @rcpsglasgow Exactly the issue I’m facing at the moment. Looking at NIHR Advanced Fellowship but only able to do 40% clinical. We should look at different models. The NRS Career Researcher Fellowship gives a great balance. How do we extend that for more senior people?
