were in the weight room stretching. A handful of guys know me, but most of them don't. I was struggling on my last set of deadlifts, and all of a sudden I hear some of the guys saying "let's go", "get it up".

I speak for the baseball team when I say this. We appreciate the support y'all give us during home games. The special thing about D3 is that all the sport programs want each other to succeed. So even if you don't have the students support, we got each other's back. Go win a ring

For the first time in 4 years it isn’t game week for me, but I’m at peace with it. For a long time my goal was to have a great career (stats wise). My advice to all athletes is it’s ok to have that goal, but make it a priority to have no regrets when it’s all over.

This past summer,

has trained in a elementary gym. They did their speed/conditioning work on a field that sometimes had fire ants, mud puddles, and sometimes didn’t even have lines on the field. Now they are the State-Semis, they are as blue collar as it gets!!!
