None of us are immune to challenging medicine journeys. Some people call them "bad trips". An experience that typically comes when you're not contextualizing these journeys in a way in which they're actually sacred medicine for mind, body, heart, soul and spirit.

We’ve been taught that to get ahead you need to grind it out, go hard, climb the ladder of success. But if you really want the pulse of soul and spirit to move through you in a deep way, it's not a mental pursuit you can just “figure out”.

It's not in the hustle; it's not in the grasping. You need silence, you need stillness, you need solitude. You need to be with yourself; your whole self, in wild and natural places, so soul and spirit can move through you with more power and clarity.
