@cookiehrts when i had top surgery i had a 6 week limit on lifting over like 10 kilos or smth n i honestly even at 6 weeks didn’t feel comfortable lifting my bags going back to uni (had to tho) n struggled w/ some stuff, was sore/tender, etc
