@matt_vanswol Part of me is very glad they are taking care of this now finally and another part is furious that this wasn’t started in October.

Could Cherington make some better decisions even without the ridiculous constraints put on him by owners? I honestly don’t even know because no one would be able to field a competitive team under this regime.
