Both @RJHS78 XC teams are state bound! The girls team is the sectional runner up, boys sectional champions. Individual medals tonight went to Chase (8), Bronson (4), and Nathan (3). Great day to be a Rocket!

First half of the day was spent at the ROE Fall Symposium where I got to watch my @RJHS78 announcement team give an amazing presentation. Now it's XC sectionals; another chance for the Rockets to shine.

That's a wrap for the regular XC season. Combined @RJHS78 runners raced over 500mi and set over 60 season PRs at the 2 mi distance. Every one of them finished the season faster than they started it, some by almost 5 minutes. Now, onwards to sectionals and beyond!

Great meet today at Rochester Park. We had a lot of great performances but the real highlight was seeing our high school runners out there cheering on the JH runners. The running community is the best out there. Thanks for the support Rochester XC!
