A question on my mind that I would enjoy some commentary on: how much of the health benefits that we’re seeing with GLP-1s are simply due to rolling back the negative impacts of our horrendous food environment vs a direct drug effect?

Beth Israel is turning Epic on this summer - it looks basically the same as the Epic I used 10 years ago, but cleaner.
