The final public test for DBRPZ has now come to an end, thank you all for testing & if all goes well with bug-fixing, I will have a release date for you all by the end of the week.
Apologies for the late-ish update, though there was nothing really to post/show off 2 days ago so couldn't really do much there.
But the backend rework (NOT THE GAME IN FULL YET) is completed, I'll be addressing/announcing things on the discord tomorrow.
Moves for the back-end rework are nearing completion, soon to move on to doing the remaining things in the next few days, also been improving the VFX to an extent, mostly in regards to craters but I plan to do some other VFX reworks later down the line.
Apologies for the lack of updates, development has been paused so I can properly get things together & get into a better development mindset after new years.
I plan to put DBRPZ out before May of 2024 full-stop, anything unfinished will come as post-release updates.
Reminder that the Public Test begins tomorrow, another reminder that the game is mobile compatible & should work with those who join on mobile. Hopefully. We'll see.
Currently working on a larger update for the game hence the lack of any patches/smaller updates as of recent, I will show off some things which have been made in due time
Development on DBRPZ will resume a little over halfway into the month, I don't plan on taking extended breaks moving forward until release of the game since I very much would like to get the game out (as best to my own standards) before May.
Took a small break for like 1-2 days thanks to Helldivers but we're back, another VFX rework in the bag: Beams, still some slight touches to be made but I am content so far, Spec. Anims are done, Tools next, I will work on Bomb VFX at a later date.
Gonna try do an update on progress every 2 weeks for Twitter (I'll get back to disc after tools are done, working on spec. Anims rn)
X to charge has been restored for convenience. You can now have them both effects & animations play at once & customise.
Main area of Goku's house, interiors are done just need to do the teleports to the interiors & shit then I will begin working on tools. My mini-break will begin somewhere in 25th-27th & will last til like mid-late December assuming all goes well.
DBS Broly moveset for ToP:R (Wild Child) is now available to play with in celebration of 1 Million visits. Do not expect consistent updates for the game, as this was for a special occasion.
This was from a few days ago but I am working on Earth interiors atm, there will be 3 misc-city type interiors & Goku's House will be given an interior.

Cinematics have been reworked so that they have phases to them, rather then being A-B you can take pauses between or even stop the cinematic before the final phase which cancels the transformation entirely
Currently reworking the backend for DBRPZ, here is the OC Maker of said backend rework (No it's not remaking the entire game, it's a process that should only take a few more weeks & then it's back to making newer stuff for the game)
Nothing super special for now, but eventually once the back-end rework is done I'll be able to show off actual new stuff once it's worked on. I plan to do a public test once the back-end rework is finished as well
For those still confused/unaware, this is not an update to DBRP//O, it's another game since it is easier for me to just make another game then to update the overhaul
Gigantic Catastrophe, took me a while to edit the default beam system to make it work like this for this attack in particular but I am satisfied with it.
Added the weather/time changer into Overhaul. This will be the last time that I add something into overhaul for an indefinite time period. Added because it didn't seem too hard & it really wasn't, so enjoy it I guess. New servers only though.
