Pumped to hit 1.11 on my flying 10 today especially after PRing with a 1.13 last Monday! Can’t get any closer to hitting my goal of 1.10 flat by the end of the summer. Awesome way to start Week 1 of Phase 3! Feeling Great at 215lbs!
