tw : mental health hi friends, I know I have been quite absent, and I’d like to explain why. I don’t often share my mental health battles, but I have had a decade long journey with BPD and Anorexia. I’ve been treated before for these issues, but that was as an adolescent. Usually I am able to manage this feelings, it has been 7+ years since I’ve seen the inside of a psychiatrists office. But my depression has been overwhelming these past few months. It was very hard asking for help as an adult, and I didn’t expect it to be so difficult. I didn’t want to seem immature, i worried about my job and my family. But I decided to take the steps towards treatment. I’ve been attending a partial hospitalization program in a big city near me, and im on the road towards feeling better. I hope to see you all soon, and if anyone reading has felt that way too; just know it’s okay to ask for help.

So thankful to everyone who has supported me 🤍 My workplace closed down without notice at the start of the month, and i felt screwed. but my nov commissions have been the highest since i started (15!) , and i honestly could not have made it by without the help of vgen and the people who comm me. brb gonna go cry thankful tears
