@Jonnyfourshirts @karlykingsley Because like, no, individual teachers and paras are not expensive… but there’s a LOT of us. When I was younger I worked in a building with 4 special ed teachers, a gaggle of paraprofessionals, ot/pt therapists, and counselors

@Jonnyfourshirts @karlykingsley I don’t know much about executive bloat, I’ve always been in departments that saw our supervisory team aggressively shrunk. But i also suspect that the individualized care model you’re describing is not going to inherently reduce administrative superstructure

You can triple that budget if you like, I won’t stop you
