It’s something we constantly try and work on in Gozen, because people need to take accountability for their mistakes ingame, and raising your voice is often a natural way of addressing it - if teammates shuts down from that, I think there’s a big disconnection between the players and IGL/coach, not understanding their leader/coach and how they like to lead. Competition isn’t for everyone though, some people were never yelled at as a kid, so they don’t know how to deal with it as an adult 😅
